For more than forty years I have stood at the intersection of science, philosophy and spiritual practices — where academic rigour meets the search for meaning, and knowledge becomes an instrument of living transformation.

My path is not a career in the conventional sense. It is the consistent construction of a new paradigm: the paradigm of the whole person, in which physical health, psychological maturity and spiritual development are inseparable.

I am convinced: the division of a human being into body, psyche and spirit is a mistake that costs both science and each of us dearly. True health is not the absence of illness. It is the fullness of physical, personal and spiritual being simultaneously.

Everything I do today has grown from this conviction. I believe: the world changes when each of us changes. And every person has everything necessary for that.
